Fragrant, silky and with intense fruitiness, we recommend Manzanilla for all your stews, soups and condiments, such as bolognese and mushroom sauces. Vegetal notes include fresh grass, endive and tomato plant blend with the fruitiness of green banana. This oil pairs very well with endive, tomato and onion salads, but also when cooking meat dishes and baked fish.

Very fragrant with hints of:

  • Olive Tree Leaf
  • Tomato Plant
  • Green Grass
  • Endive
  • Truffle
  • Banana Peel
  • Spinach

    Cons:
You are doing your food and your taste-buds a disservice if you are not using Olive Oil in your preparations. Today I used the Manzanilla EVOO as a key ingredient in preparing my lunch of Orange-flavored Rice, Chicken Skewers and Steamed Broccoli & Cauliflower. The fresh "greenness" of the Manzanilla EVOO combined with the nuttiness of the Basmati rice delivers a sublime flavor when they are toasted together. I also used the Manzanilla a part of the marinade for my chicken skewers - it completely enhanced the flavor when I put the skewers on the grill. Finally I drizzles a bit of the Manzanilla over my freshly steamed herbed and buttered broccoli and cauliflower - it lightened up the taste and added another layer of flavor.
