Picual Casas de Hualdo EVOO is an intense, persistent and complex oil, full of green fresh aromas. Enjoy it in salads, with grilled vegetables, or when preparing BBQs and baked fish such as turbot or sea bream. It is rich in polyphenols; these antioxidants provide stability when cooking.
