Our Master Miller carefully blends our two organic varieties, Arbequina and Cornicabra, to bring in a balance between the fruitiness of the arbequina and the green robust freshness of the Cornicabra. Both of these organic varieties are grown in our olive groves from Cuenca, at 900m altitude.
