Vegetal notes include fresh grass, endive and tomato plant blend with the fruitiness of green banana. This oil pairs very well with endive, tomato and onion salads, but also when cooking meat dishes and baked fish.

Extra virgin olive oil with a medium intense fruitiness, balanced bitterness and spiciness. Secondary aromas tomato, Arugula salad, avocado, green almond and green apple.
Our Master Miller carefully blends our two organic varieties, Arbequina and Cornicabra, to bring in a balance between the fruitiness of the arbequina and the green robust freshness of the Cornicabra. Both of these organic varieties are grown in our olive groves from Cuenca, at 900m altitude.
100% CORNICABRA Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cornicabra belongs to the D.O.P. Montes de Toledo and is our native variety in the Castilla la Mancha region. Very rich in polyphenols, this olive provides a green-golden oil of great character. Remarkably spicy and bitter, with green aromatic notes of salad leaves, almond and green apple. Ideal over vegetables such as artichokes, aubergine, courgettes and tomatoes. Add generously to your favorite pasta, pizza, potatoes and rice dishes.
