A silky, all-purpose blend of our Arbequina and Picual varieties, where the subtle fruitiness of the arbequina prevails. Oil of mild intensity, with light hints of tomato plant, banana and freshly cut green grass. Suitable for salad dressings or for daily cooking, it pairs particularly well with herbs such as thyme or oregano. Try it on scrambled eggs, grilled vegetables and beef steak.
