It has taken me a while to find a trusted single-source extra virgin olive oil that checks all my boxes, both varieties (Picual and Cornicabra) that I have tried from Casas De Hualdo have measured up. You can definitely taste a difference in the polyphenol content from a normal olive oil that you would find in the US. Much more spicy and flavorful.
