One of the best spanish olive oil. Strong taste, but not bitter. I used to buy picual until I found this one.

This olive oil is extremely rich in polyphenols which you can tell based on the bitter/spicy notes if you do a taste test. If you are used to standard evoo in the US this will taste totally different. Full of rich/vibrant flavor and fresh... unlike most oils in the states.

This is a bold oil but not too bold. You can easily add it to hearty vegetables, a beautiful steak or just on toast with crushed garlic!! It is a typical gorgeous Picual!! I loved it
